Most commonly asked questions from parents:
1. If my child can not come to a practice what do I do?
Please get them to as many practices and meets as possible, so that they can get the benefits of being part of our cross country club. There is no need to contact a member of the coaching staff if your child can not attend a practice or meet.
2. How long do the meets last?
This depends completely on the race distance, the number of athletes competing and how efficient the host school runs the meet. Check in time is important as that way we can all check in and then warm up together as a club.
